Description

Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the website: Web app for uploading images
Description of requirements/features: I need a very simple PHP web app creating that will allow users to enter an ID (bigint 10, unique PK), a Presentation Code (varchar 10), a Business Name (varchar 250) and upload some image files (10 at the moment but it may change, these should be selectable all at once with Ctrl-Shift).

Upon submitting the form the ID, Presentation Code and Business Name should be stored in a MySQL database table (ideally it should be coded such that the database config and table name is easy to amend).

First it should check to see if ID already exists in the table, if it does then it should just update the record with the new Presentation Code and Business Name. If it doesn't exist then it should insert a new record.

The images should be uploaded to a specified (location needs to be easy to configure) folder on the server - for example client_images. They should all be put in a folder named the same as the ID inside this main folder.

For example, uploading for ID 1234 would result in:

client_images/1234/image1.png
client_images/1234/image2.png
client_images/1234/image3.png
etc - for all images selected

If there is already a 1234 folder existing under client_images then any files in there should be deleted before the new images are placed in there.

Important: the images need to have the same name as the original file that is uploaded.

And that's it!

Once the operation has successfully run it just redirect the user back to the blank entry form with a message saying that the upload has been successful. If there are any errors then obviously these need to be handled.

I don't need users to authenticate but I would like a field on the form called AuthCode which is checked against a hardcoded authcode value when the form is submitted so only people who know that code can submit the form.

The codebase for this needs to be as compact as possible and I need to be able to easily move between servers and config the database connection/table name, the main location for the image folders to be placed, and the authcode.

I need this as quickly as possible - today ideally!
