We need to integrate a GPRS printer into a Facebook Chatbot ordering system.
We have a messenger chatbot built in php that takes orders for takeways. So basically it asks for user location, address, mobile phone, payment type, etc. but the most important thing is that it allows the user to select food and create an order at the end of the conversation. The order is added to a database and now we want to send those orders (which are stored in database) to a printer using GPRS
We have three different options
1) Customer - People placing orders via the chatbot
2) Companies - takeaways accepting orders via the chatbot
3) Main admin - us
We need you to add the printable version of customers completed order to the companies GPRS printer (each company will have a different GPRS printer) - the solution for this will be for us to add the printers IP address/number to their admin panel upon creation and for us to only be able to edit this.
When the orders are completed by the user they will be sent to the GPRS printer to print.
If there's anything you need me to go over please let me know.
We are happy to send any printer files needed.

The printer model (P58A) you mentioned is not a GPRS printer but a wireless printer with Bluetooth support. I read it from it's user's manual here: https://fccid.io/document.php?id=3100942
Let me know if that's the wrong user's manual.
Can you please update the description with the model or brand name of the printer you are using? and are all the printers same?

Yes they will all be the same.
