Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
The Job is to add a 'blacklist' to an existing PHP Site.
Real Time Data Base – Status Page & Alert system (Blacklist)
Status Page & Alert system for SQL/PHP real time database (Energy Monitor )
What we have already
We have a ‘Smart Metering’ devices installed in a number of sites. Each site reports to our MySQL db once per minute with a number of values. (power consumption/circuit, voltage, frequency, etc. )
The current db is MySQL & the viewing site is PHP
To view example site go to :-
www.knowatts.co.uk
User : Polymeter
Password : Polymeter
We also have an overall view of the status of all of our sites.
It tells us if they are all reporting correctly, or if not how long since they last reported & what faults they might have.
We can acknowledge alarms and manage the view.
The Job
The job is to incorporate a ‘Blacklist’
We need to stop the display of some ‘Site Names’.
The Blacklist can be an ascii or XML file or whatever, as long as we can edit it.
Also remove the reference to SGP Consulting, they were less than diligent.
We will provide access to the site for interested parties if requested.
There will be more work for a successful supplier.
