We are a small business running Corporate Social Responsibility programmes for major organisation helping them to make meaningful contributions to the communities in which they operate.

We are currently working with Honda UK for whom we have developed an education programme.

The execution of this programme involves the recruitment of schools around the UK as venues for the live delivery of two day workshops. Each school is linked to a Honda Dealership.

We have several teams of facilitators that are scheduled into the schools to deliver the workshop. Following the delivery of the workshop a number of follow up activities have to be delivered and monitored.

The programme is managed by a small team operating from several locations around the UK. The programme is due to expand over the next few years and to meet the needs of this we have migrated from using spreadsheets to Zoho CRM.

So far we are using Zoho CRM for:

Sharing Contacts

Sharing emails

Sharing Diaries

Simple Reporting

We need support to move to the next stage of the implementation of Zoho
CRM to include additional features including:

Workflow Processes

Template Creating

Web Forms

Higher Level Reporting

Mobile Deployment

Access Management

We would be happy to pay for the above on either an hourly rate to agree a price for the implantation of each area of functionality.

We also require ongoing Ad-Hoc telephone support for issues we are unable to resolve with Zoho Support and would pay for this either on an "as used" or "retainer basis".
