Description

Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: 1 - 2 weeks
I have a website (built in umbraco) but I don’t like the design or customer journey. I’ve been advised that I need to start again with a new site to get what I want.
The business owns a series of Standards for small businesses and assesses them against the Standards. The site has informational pages and an assessment/guidance tool for each Standard.
I’ve looked at some templates on themeforest.net and found a couple that would suit (bootstrap 4) for the informational part of the site.
The site structure is:
Homepage (various info sections, explainer video)
About us – info only
How it works – info only
Standards – info only plus submenu of 3-4 pages
Subpages – info and ability for users to downloade a doc, accessible after completing short form (email and marketing pref) linked to hubspot.
- Link to open assessment/toolkit (see detail below)
Resources – various downloadable docs and videos

Assessment/guidance tool (See attached rough illustration of suggested layout, but also happy for other suggestions).

Assessment (same format for each Standard)
There are 2 options for users, a short one with 2 sections (plus basic company details) and a longer one with 5 sections (plus details). Each section has a number of questions to answer and documents to upload.
Once completed the user ‘submits’ and I need to receive the answers to the q’s and all docs uploaded.
User needs to be able to save progress.
Guidance
Information that sits alongside each section, with guidance on how to complete it and downloadable templates (word and excel).
For one section the guidance opens a Review tool. This is a sort of self-assessment. It is a long series of questions with check boxes, boxes to type answers and some long lists of ideas that a user can select from to auto-add to their answers. The user needs to be able to download the results of the tool in a doc. I’m still looking at the best/most simple layout and interested to discuss further.

Payment:
Payment is automated on the website, needs secure checkout
Its an annually recurring payment, with different pricing for each option above and size of user business.
I have a Stripe account – can use this or set up with a different provider.
Ideally payment function needs to be partway through the assessment tool, so users can get started and try it, then pay to continue.
I need to be able to offer free trials and discounts.

Pls include likely build time in any proposals.

    Hi

Plan, Do and Review missing on Assement PDF attachment.

Can you explain the flow for the different stages of the tool and i guess the tool is only accessible to admin or internal staff?

I've only shown a couple of stages in the pdf to give basic illustration of what I'm looking for. Each stage follows the same format. This part of the site is accessible to paying customers
