Description of requirements/features: Hello!
I’m after someone who’s a bit of a whizz with Wordpress, handling the fairly basic technical elements. The main task would really be transferring/migrating the website from subdomain to the client’s live domain. If you have other capabilities with Wordpress, such as non-standard discounts and shipping methods on WooCommerce, or codes to override default colour schemes in Themify themes for example, then even better! But it’s primarily getting websites from subdomains to live domains. In future we may also give you work doing backups of websites, basic SEO, plugins etc. We work with people that do bespoke customisation so you shouldn’t be given anything too complicated and will always be able to say no without it affecting your further work.
As always, no work is guaranteed but you’ll probably transfer 10 websites per month.
I white-label marketing services for other marketing people… so you need to be BIG on confidentiality, highly reliable and totally honest about your capabilities. UK based ideally. I’d like to have a chat on the phone or skype first. I’m not the most technical of people (but am fairly savvy) so a bit of patience would be great too.
For this job, please tell me in your reply your typical hourly rate, your years of experience in Wordpress, your general level of availability and your typical turnaround times on small jobs. For the actual proposal though, give a fixed rate for doing a website transfer/migration/clone/thingy. Please note: my clients are at the budget end of the market and considering I have to resell your time, I am looking for a "trade" price.
If we work together, I’ll accept your proposal to cover one website transfer job and then we can continue from there in PPH for other work as it comes in.
