Summary
A web application where a customer that wants Double glazing window work done can request 6 quotes by entering their work details together with their post code into this system using a web-form*
The system will send these work requests as leads to six companies (5 leads is default but this can be amendable by Admin) that operate in the customers postcode area. This enables a customer to receive competitive quotes for their work.
Customers:
Leads are generated by customers wanting work done, customers enter their name, address, and information about the type of work they want and timescales. The type of work (for Domestic) will be either a. Installations or b. Repair/Maintenance. A customer can also request Commercial work.
*The Web-form for a customer will have the generic fields with additional fields will be:
a. Commercial or Domestic work
b. The web-form will display (dynamically) each company name that the lead/request is sent to. An email will be sent to a customer once they have submitted a request informing them of the name of each company with each company's telephone and email. The email will also say - Please feel free to contact these companies.
In order to receive leads a company will have to register their details into the system and specify the post code areas where they operate. A company can choose Service 1 or Service 2.
Service 1
Company must buy all the leads that are generated from the postcode areas they choose when they registered. However within Service1 a company can choose to buy leads either for:
a. Installations
b. Repair/maintenance
c. Both.
ONLY IF the Admin will allow them. This feature is only visible to the Admin. Payment will be made using a Direct Debit form that the user fills in upon registration.
Service 2.
Just like Service 1 all leads are sent to the company, however can choose to buy individual leads. The leads that are sent will have all the details that identify the customer greyed out so that the company will not be able to contact the lead without paying for it. Payment will be made buying purchasing credits using PayPal, credit or Debit cards.
