1. We need a new quotes form developing in php for our site. The majority of the functionality is already there so it should be just a case of a redesign.
The form should be designed to give quotes based on property prices and whether the client is buying, selling, buying & selling or remortgaging. The form should be designed to fit in with the look & feel of the site and ideally needs to be as simple as possible for the site user. We can supply a sketch of the layout of the fields. We will be applying the form to 2 pages on the site.
2. Add a First Time Buyers tick box to one of our internal pages which carries out the following calculations:
IF ticked AND price of property is less than or equal to 250,000 = no stamp duty
IF ticked AND price of property is 250,000 500,000 = stamp duty @ 3% of purchase price
IF ticked AND price of property is greater than 500,000 = stamp duty @ 4% of purchase price
3. The current quote form has an error with sending emails to the enquirer. It works fine for buying and buying & selling quotes, but does not work when the quote is for selling only. The same page also has a rogue appearing at the top. This needs removing.
4. Wed like to add some (java?) text containers which can be minimised and maximised by the user. Were looking for 7 of these in total (4 of these will be duplicates).
5. We require Register_Globals turning off. Will also need to ensure that all forms work correctly after this and that the site is secure.
6. Our site was originally built using a dreamweaver template but recently we have been making changes to the page templates one at a time, so the DW template is now out of date. We need to bring the template up to date by making it look like the rest of the site.
7. Add another tickbox to an internal page which when ticked outputs several calculations (to do with savings and referral fees).
