what we are looking for as an option of mobile app (front end) to be used by any registered user (can be B2B or B2C) with back end web based CRM to upload by each Supplier user (who first joined as registered user and then applied for as a business user to offer packages)
• Global Distribution System fix departure packages offered by Business suppliers of TourScan marketplace
• Mobile app for better user interface & experience front-end Andriod & ios
• Any Travel agency can join in by referral registration to be a registered business user for B2B access OR any other user will be as B2C need no referral
• Any individual can join in by online registration as a client user B2C
• After screening the registered agency will qualify for onboarding to be TourScan supplier as a Business supplier
• Any user or supplier can introduce others under referral incentive offer
• Supplier upload packages of fix departure or group tour for instant booking
• The supplier can upload packages for offline sale as query and last minute deals
• Supplier tour pricing will be a dual layer for B2B & B2C to protect the agent margin
• Any uploaded package by the supplier will be verified by TourScan team to publish for sale
• It will be cross-selling platform for B2B transaction & B2C with dual pricing policy (while business user upload the packages will offer B2B & B2C pricing)
• Last minute deal by supplier once published will be push message to all user
• Suppliers are selected based on their credibility and destination expertise
• The only portal to connect all registered agents to get fix departure business online including all fix departure tours of special interest can be a category like adventure, pilgrimage,
• The supplier can offer travel deals based on themes, festivals, weekend road trips etc
• Travel industry network marketing platform for the mutual benefit of users
Concept note of Tour Scanner (TS) Mobile App
Selling Platform for: B2B2C
Target market: Fixed Departure Tours / Last Minute Deals: Travel agents / consolidators / Hotels
Pricing structure: 2 separate level for B2B & B2C
Process Flow: Business Suppliers will create own B2B log in only web-based not from app first need to register as Business User by simple log in process app based can be facebook Or google connect or register with name, mob no, log in id same as mob no & password same as his referral code will auto-generate based on the first 3 letter of name followed by 5 last digit if the mob no. (Authenticated by TS to approve and activate any user as Business user to give rights to access CRM & upload packages or offer with live inventory ) and populate the offers based on twin - pricing B2B & B2C as per category with access of dashboard to monitor any transaction, booking, a query to track it. The option of the Business user to use our web-based CRM to use for any offline direct selling to input detail to update live inventory management for online same in our platform.
Note: Model is more like Book My Show app if any ticket sold from the counter the inventory get updated accordingly for sale online to book.
All upload of offers by the supplier to publish as per destination (Domestic & International) will be verified by TD before publishing
For retail sale (B2C) and for agent to supplier (B2B) sale any client of B2C can log in with Facebook/ Google or mail sign up & for agent log in with supplier Id (All agent are prospect suppliers also) Business user or client user to view the offers as per destination, month, budget etc filter and send query OR book with initial deposit amount to connect to the supplier in case the deal is not closed as monitored by the TS team, it will be an open query as a chargeable lead for other suppliers dealing with related services connected by TS as per membership contract of the Business Supplier.
Revenue Model: Supplier will give tour offers on a monthly subscription basis after 60 days trial offer in our platform. The category of membership subscription will give the option of flash sale, lead procurement, a ranking of the deal in a category, Live inventory online sale with a transaction fee
Our transaction Features: Push notification and mail (optional SMS or WhatsApp) alert to registered suppliers for any query, Push notification to all registered user of any Suppliers/ Agents for any Last minute deal once published. Dashboard to monitor the transaction/query for Suppliers/Agents and Transaction History.
