I run a small swimming pool company in Louisville, Ky. My state has started making us charge sales tax on labor. Since I run a couple of business I need to set up Xero to try to pull everything together. I use a specific program for my company called, poolcarepro, for my customers and billing and then use QB for mac for debits/credits for my accountant. I imported my info from Qb to Xero but am lost now as to how to set it up and use the same verbiage as in Qb. This may turn into a weekly or monthly service to keep track and run it.
