I need help implementing a drop-down menu in a wordpress template that allows the user to order the list of posts by the value of a custom field - in this case price.
the custom field already exists and is displayed correctly on the page and i've managed to get the whole page to order the posts by cost ascending, however i need help in making the drop-down menu work.
If you think you could help I can give you access to the dev site. I'd like all relevant code easily transferable to the live site, so comments etc. would be helpful.
This is the dev page which will demonstrate the idea and how far i've got so far : http://www.tableheader.com/equestrian/sales-category/horses-and-ponies/
