JOB TASKS:
1. The PREDIAL FETCH feature is not working correctly. Although it does not return code errors, the fetch is not writing any data to the dB. This is either a problem caused by recent changes to our code, or is a result of recent changes made to the remote PREDIAL website. Go to the remote PREDIAL website and query http://www.eloscabos.gob.mx/CATASTRO/ESTADO_DE_CUENTA.aspx?CLVCAT=401001097018-00204F&LANG=MX and then return to http://204.232.206.16/dmp/clave.php?offset=0&search=401001097018-00204F&action=query&limit=100&nlimit=999 and click the FETCH button on the bottom of the CLAVE page, you will see it appears to fetch, and finishes without error and reloads the page, but alas the OWNER NAME & TAX STATUS/HISTORY is not there.
2. \'Submitted By\' needs be added to the TRAMITES search filter.
3. Display TRAMITES RESULTS list with the most recent, highest number folio.
4. Add to the CLAVE & CLAVES pages the ability to search by OWNER NAME, PREVIOUS OWNER NAME, and TRAMITES SUBMITTER NAME.
5. Add/organize the following COLUMNS on both the CLAVE and CLAVES pages;
===OWNERSHIP===
Clave#
Owner <<--EDITABLE
Previous Owner(s) <<--EDITABLE
Notary# & Title#
HOAs
Agua Potable #

6. IDX fetch script is not downloading the full resolution images/photos... this needs to be fixed so the full resolution photos and images are copied to the server and saved in the dB.
7. Cleanup TRAMITES | PREDIAL | IDX | CLAVE pages to match CLAVES page, making sure all widths are the same, all text, line weights, etc., are uniform/the same. Use the CLAVES page as the correct format/style template. When completed, the page rows/sections should all display uniformly on all browsers.
8. The HEADER section of the website needs to be standardized so it is the same on TRAMITES|PREDIAL|IDX|CLAVES|CLAVE pages/sections of the site, to include;
-\'x\' TITLED & TAXED PROPERTIES
-\'x\' TITLED PROPERTIES
-\'x\' PROPERTIES
-\'x\' TOTAL PROPERTIES
-\'x\' total from PREDIAL SOURCE
-\'x\' total from TRAMITES SOURCE
-\'x\' total from IDX SOURCE
-\'x\' total from GIS SOURCE
-\'x\' total from MANUAL SOURCE
-\'x\' NEW OWNER NAMES THIS MONTH(% from sources including T, P,I, G, p, c, M[Eric, Shaun, Les, Nickie, etc.])
-\'x\' NEW CLAVE NUMBERS THIS MONTH(% from sources including T, P,I, G, p, c, M[Eric, Shaun, Les, Nickie, etc.])
-TRAMITES: PROCESS TYPES & REASONS by %, TOTAL FOLIOS FETCHED THIS MONTH
-PREDIAL: TOTAL RECORDS FETCHED AGAINST PREDIAL THIS MONTH, TOTAL TAXES DUE TO DATE, TOTAL TAXES DUE THIS MONTH
-IDX LISTINGS(# w/valid claves | invalid claves | folios)
-\'x\' total of CLAVE DUPLICATES(link to list showing clave + total # of the same, e.g.- 402001:439)
-\'x\' total of POLYGONS without CLAVES(link to map)
-etc.
This is preliminary, so after you\'ve completed all the other items in this project, we will study each section(PREDIAL, TRAMITES, IDX, MANUAL, GIS, etc.) and will determine what the most important statistical footnotes are, and what links/lists need to be made available in this header section. Also, the names I used in some of the listings will of course be subject to change based on other items, like item #9 on this list. There may be as many as 30 items we summarize in % or make available in list form.
