Onsite Installation of a new SBS 2008 server which will be built and pre configured by us to the point of all users being setup (unless the contractor requests otherwise). The existing setup is an SBS 2003 server with 6 local machines and two laptops that are used by the Directors to access their office computers remotely plus a 3rd laptop that has limited access to data on the server
The 6 office machines will need to be migrated over to the new server.
All data will need to be moved from the old server to the new server.
Emails will need to be migrated over to the new server
Access for the two directors laptops will need to be re established to their office machines
The 3rd laptop will need to be configured with its limited access
The backup will be pre configured by us but will need to be tested while onsite
Potential need to setup phones to access email (not confirmed and could be handled by us after the install if need be)
Sage Accountants is installed on 2 machines with the data stored on the server so this will need to be moved and re linked.
Transfer the old UPS to the new server

Attached is the quote that was sent to the customer which has been accepted and this should provide an insight into the expectations that the customer will have for this job.
