The scope of work would be as follows;

1. Extract SQL Select statements from existing code pages and implement using Stored Procedures in the database instead.
2. Develop a configurable/selectable trend/chart display. Like the existing daily display but the user selects Zone, Building or Meter. The user then selects start and end date and time. The user then selects graph type (bar or line). The user then selects colour for bar or line. The user can then opt to include an additional set of data from a different source or a different time period using a different colour or graph type.
3. On the Summary Page add a button to bring up a configuration pop-up, which includes the \"Show Previous Data\" and \"Show Targets\" check boxes and also a new check box to display “Averaged” values. Data within the Readings table that have their Averaged field set to Y would then be shown in a different colour. Applicable to Daily graphs only.
4. Display a numerical total at the side of each graph, including units.
5. Amend graphs to scale results take account of new “Pulses_per_unit” field in Meters Table.
6. Use Web.Config to switch on and off an email facility where the system sends and email to a pre-configured (Web.Config) email address when a reading exceed a target.
7. Ensure that the targets table stores targets for meters on an individual basis and that targets displayed on the summary page reflect the combined targets of the meters being displayed.
8. Add a button to switch display from graphical view to tabular view. Add a button in Tabular view to export data to Excel or CSV.

Baseline solution files will be supplied. Database creation scripts will be supplied. Sample database data will be supplied.

All development to be done in Microsoft Visual Studio 2008. Microsoft .Net 3.5, and C#.

Project deliverables to include all Intellectual Property Rights, including Copyright and Source Code.
