We are after a landscape plan in order to satisfy a condition relating to an approved planning application.
It is a house extension, and the landscaping will involve a front driveway (with permeable materials) and also a planting and implementation scheme. You will see on the attached plan that there is a lot of information on it - however I put this together myself just from looking online and I am not too sure what else the council is looking for.
Let me know if you can help - I can then send over the plans.
Thanks,
Robert

Are you just after guidance and comments, as quick look appears one tree better re-located to make ease of footpath entry. However, do note that the asphalt may be greater than was there previous. You normally need a surface area calculation showing amount of non-perimiable existing, and amount proposed to demonstrate is less or better than (ie, less non-permeable).
Do you have the condition, the text, so we can assess better.
