Joomla web designer

I am looking for a website person who works in Joomla local to Salisbury who would be able to take our existing company website (no changes to be made that we know of at this time) and put it into a Joomla CMS system for me. I am looking for a fixed price to carry out this work and what the monthly costs would be to look after the website after that (security and any other updates etc). I am also looking for some training in using Joomla as I will have to update the website once it is up and running.
