Help required selecting 3rd party ticketing/ booking system for one-night stays in hotel

We need to sell c. 100-150 one-night only stays.

We currently use a holiday booking system, but it does not meet our requirements for this project - and we need to find an alternative 3rd party on-line solution ASAP.

It is likely to be an off-the-shelf ticketing/ event system - but as there are so many out there, I need help selecting which one best fits our requirements.

The key requirements are:
- the 3rd party solution can be branded with our logo
- it needs to easly enable people to book one-night stays (stays of more than one night are not allowed)
- it would idealy integrate with our 3rd party payment system (UCG secure pay)
- it needs to allow a 2-3 minute window as the customer is completing the booking (as our current system doesn't do this, and 50 people could be trying to book the same night at the same time)
- simple and easy to use
- low cost (as it's a one off project, we don't want a huge set up cost, nor do we want high transactional costs)

We definitely want the window to start as the customer "takes" a night and starts booking it. The reason is that the 100+ rooms last time were in massive demand and sold out in just a few minutes. Almost everyone who started a booking completed it. But the people who were really disappointed were the ones who thought they were booking a night, but only found out at the end of the booking process (when they pressed submit) that they weren't successful. This time we want to avoid that - and let the first people to start booking a date to have a window of 3-5 minutes to complete the booking. It's better that others see that the night has been taken, than thinking they are making a booking, completing their details and only when they press submit realising that they are not able to book.

Here's an example comment from a customer: " would be good if you could implement some sort of booking window, so that the room you have selected is held for say, five minutes, before being released again. This is how most ticketing websites work, and this is more an event than a hotel reservation...."

As a guide I assume that the research should take no more than 4-8 hours. And we hope that the total of time for the job, and implementing the system would be no more than £200-400, as we are only selling 100 nights.

Before selecting someone for this job, I would ideally want a 10-20 minute conversation to make sure that our requirements are clear and that you can help. Please confirm in your bid that you are happy to do this.

It would be an advantage if you would be able to help us with the implementation of the 3rd party system we select, but this is not essential and would be considered a new job (which we could discuss once we were working together on this job).
