Fetch TIFF Image file in base64 string format from REST API
Convert TIFF image to PDF file
Render PDF file in a viewer with vertical and horizontal scrollable functionality
Render each individual page of the PDF file - in a separate scrollable frame, below the PDF viewer frame.
Place 6 PDF document handling icons on top fo the PDF viewer frame
6 PDF document handling icon functionality is below:

1st Icon is Download Icon that downloads the PDF file
2nd Icon is Print Icon that sends the PDF file to the printer, opens up the printer prompt window
3rd Icon is the Brightness Icon that can reduce and increase the brightness of the PDF file
4th Icon is the Rotate Clockwise Icon that rotates the viewable PDF page 90 degrees clockwise
5th Icon is the Split Icon that can allow pages of the PDF file to be split - allows pages to be
6th Icon is the highlight Icon that will allow us to highlight a certain position on the PDF page and save it with the highlight made on the PDF file (It could be a box that has a background yellow color and position of X,Y coordinates)

The front-end code has to be hosted on Apache Server (localhost:8080) and has to have open endpoints for Java REST APIs to receive requests and send responses. We are utilizing MongoDB as the database to store information.
