Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: Not sure
General information for the website: We sell health supplements and organic products
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: ### Background ###
I am looking for the right person to help populate a Wordpress WooCommerce site with products by implementing the best practice approach for importing the products from a CSV file.
The product Import CSV has relatively standard headings e.g. product title, product description, sku etc.. The product import tool preferred should allow you to match up the headings within the CSV to the WooCommerce database.
As part of the import we will need to rename the images so the filenames are not the same as what the supplier sends.
Description of requirements/features: ### Task Requirements ###
1) Access to a plugin that manages an csv product import, with the capability to match up the headings in the CSV to the WooCommerce database fields.
2) Ability to rename product images after the import.
-- Access to a plugin that allows you to import a CSV file ( column 1 = existing file name, column 2 = new file name) that will rename the image files directly inside WordPress based on the product title and SKU for example.
3) Ensure the product images have a alternative text e.g. alt="healthy milkshake"
### Proposal Requirements ###
1) Please do not provide an automated proposal, something specific to task of importing the products and renaming the product image file names.
2) You don't need to see the website or know the domain name at this stage so no need to request it.
3) The website uses the Flatsome theme which uses the latest version WooCommerce.
4) The product quantity is around 1,000 and I don't believe the quantity of products would make any difference as the descriptions don't altering in this task. Also I'm assuming the correct plugin for renaming the images will have the ability to use the data available in the product database after the import.
Extra services needed: Customization
Extra notes: ### Approach ###
In regards to the product import plugin, for example, here is a plugin named "Import Products from any XML or CSV to WooCommerce" for Woocommerce product import, which I am completely aware of.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-xml-csv-product-import/
### Note 1 ###
I am completely aware of this one, which means please could you avoid using both your time and mine by providing this information.
I am aware of the costs also, based on looking at their product site, there is a cost for this. $99 for standard or $139 with the woocommerce addon, but there is also the export option, which I don't believe I will need.

### Note 2 ###
If you have a free supported tool/plugin or can find other alternatives for a lower cost that would be preferred please, but please explain why you would choose your alternative over the above option.
