We have done basic configuration of Zoho CRM for our tourism business. We are using Lead Module to record Booking Enquery and Deal Module to record converted Tour Booking.
Would need help mainly in area of
1. Field Look up/ Search Contact data based on Phone number entered in Lead Module and then Auto Populate some fields in Lead Module.
2. Auto update Lead date with Today's Date, but should be editable.
3. Restrict duplicate lead entry for same lead contact + tour package/product combination. Display msg saying lead already exists and give an option to open that lead and update.
4. Once a lead is saved, lead contact detail to be updated in contact, so that it is available next time lead calls. (Zoho has a facility where once Lead is converted then Contact of that lead is created. But we want it even before conversion happens.)
Create Workflow Activities -
5. When Lead Status = "New lead" , 2 activities should be created for designated ( to be selected from a drop down) sales team member
a. send whatsapp/email
b. follow up after certain days.
6. If Lead status updated as 'Interested to make payment' - create follow up activity
7. Once Lead Status selected as converted - An auto-generated email should go to Sales Lead .
You must have good expertise in Zoho CRM workflow, scripting, custom module etc . If you have configured it for any tourism business, mention about it. This is going to be ongoing project work in phases, as we add more functionalities in it.
