Membership Portal + Payment Integration

I'm looking for someone to help me design a membership portal for my website.

The features required are shown below:

- Multiple membership types
- Payment Integration (Paypal preferably) (Pay to become a member)
- Ability to generate coupon/discount codes
- Email verification
- Members-only page

That is it! No fancy designs are necessary. Just need a few scripts which I can implement onto my current webpage.
