Linn Works Channel, inventory and shipping integration full setup
We are an online signage company that produce house signs.
We currently use a 3rd party software (Justshipit) to generate our invoices and generic Royal Mail PPI impressions across our various sales channels, the system works good, however we now use Amazon seller fulfilled prime and use amazon logistics for prime next day orders. We have identified that Linn Works will be the best solution for us to fully automate this going forward.
I know a little bit about Linn Works and can do 50% of the below (as I have already) but I can’t do it all due to time constraints to learn and basic lack of knowledge so we will need someone to do this fully.
What we need:
Setup:
We need Linn works setup (currently have a trial), We need eBay, Amazon, Etsy and Magento configured to the system including all the necessary stock.
Invoice:
We would supply an invoice example that the invoices MUST look like and then we would need each sales platform to have an invoice like this (all the same basically).
Unfortunately Linn Works have not developed the portal to bring in “Amazon custom fields” – As and when they do we will need this incorporating onto the invoice. (Amazon custom is a way in which we can capture data for the writing customers want on their signs). Linn Works have assured us this is on there to do list but have not given a clear ETA.
Shipping:
We would need shipping services assigned to the sales channels, we will obviously need to go into this in great detail but basically ALL our inventory goes out on a first class royal mail service which we process ourselves on our own OBA offline account, right now this works well and all we need on the invoices is a first class PPI impression (international where applicable) This is semi automated.
Amazon Logistics: - where my knowledge lacks
Since we are now using Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime we are using Amazons own logistics services which are a next day service with amazon labels. We need to segregate these orders in the order processing tab and then assign this service automatically for next day orders, when we then print the invoices for these we need to assign the label to the bottom of the invoice and it automatically send the details to amazon so they know how many they are collecting.
Ongoing support:
We would then need ongoing support for when we inevitably break/mess it up. We would need this support on a rapid service!
