Hello,
We need a tool to autocomplete online webforms (visa application forms) from data stored in Excel files. The data is collected from applicants and is recorded in an excel file where each column represents a question from the online visa application form and rows hold answers to those questions. There will be one excel file per one application form, meaning there is only one row of answers.
The application forms we need to autocomplete are mostly multi-sectional (Page 1, Page 2, etc) and have a variety of question types - choice fields, text/date fields, multi choice fields, repeating answers ("date + text" Add answer; "date + text" Add answer). Most commonly used visa application form - https://visa.kdmid.ru/PetitionChoice.aspx?AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1
The way we see this working is as follows:
1. We go the online form to be autocomplete
2. Launch the addon and pick the Excel file holding the data
3. Autofill the questions listed on the page shown, navigate to the next page of the form and repeat the process until the end of the form
There might be scenarios where the questions in the Excel file are not named exactly as they are on the forms to be completed. So there should a way of mapping them.
Also, we'd like to be able to have a solution where we can create "recipes" where we map questions on the form to the columns in the data file so the addon can be used on any online application form.
Developed solution will be cross checked with our IT to make sure it is safe to use before we can adopt it.
Any questions please do let me know.
Thanks
