Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I need a website converted from an umbraco/bootstrap website into DotNetNuke.
All the code is written and working.
The job is to take the existing code from the umbraco test site and build a DotNetNuke version of it.
I have already done a lot of the work but I am getting problems getting the modal forms to work correctly in the new website.
There will also be some additional work like hiding/showing modules based on making it function exactly like the umbraco site.
I will provide a login to the successful candidate and a copy pages will be created for you to work on.
The umbraco site can be seen and tested here:
http://taxiroute.azurewebsites.net/
and the work I have completed to date can be seen here:
http://taxiroutednn.azurewebsites.net/
Extra notes:
1. The new site uses an "off the shelf" responsive skin which is why bootstap must no be in the new site.
2. The functionality in the new site has been achieved by placing the various sections of the old site in html modules. I need this approach to be stuck to.
3. You will need experience of DNN6/javascript/modal forms/jquery and html.
I have avoided building this as a custom module as I have left the skin to handle the responsive design.
Good luck.
I look forward to your pertinent questions and any comments of better approaches on what I am trying to achieve.
