Description of requirements/features: There have been two templates completed for this site already by myself. This project really is to work out your abilities going forward for me to pass work your way.

The new templates need to follow the same structure in terms of SASS and JS as there is already. The existing templates can be seen at - http://rcd.journal.s.imou.se and http://rcd.journal.s.imou.se/advert.php.

The templates so far have been tested back to IE9, and gracefully degrade to IE8. This needs to be the same for the new templates.

There are 3 breakpoints - Desktop, Tablet and Mobile. The build is a mobile-first approach, and the same needs to be carried forward.

Within the CSS, I am using Bootstrap-SASS (https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap-sass) for the site, with each page template broken up into it's own module.

Where possible, we need to be using font icons, SVG's and 2x assets. So for example, in the header, the social icons you'll be able to see are utilising 'Font Awesome'. Arrow Chevrons are using icons etc.

For build of the assets (JS Minification, SASS etc), I've used Codekit. I'm not sure if you're familiar with this, but you're welcome to use whatever you feel is easiest.
