A half built automated site to be finished.

is a fully automated xbox/fifa team play site,i have around 6k users signed up the site is very active but my coder goes missing so to speak,so i need someone to push the site on...the site is basically football manager online but with real people as the managers/players(fifa has 11 man teams online now).the site looks smart,has a 24/7 active shoutbox were people meet and sign/trial for teams,the site has all the basics i.e league tables,fixtures,cups,team profiles/player profiles but to make it what i want,it needs to be deeper,more involved/personal to the user.i get a lot of other sites wanting to run competitions on my site 1v1s world cups etc,but i have to ignore them because my coder is to slow to respond or converse with me so i don't want to mess people around,which aint good,and which has brought me here.the site has massive potential but requires a coder with the same passion for the site as me and its community of users.i could go on for hours because there is so much to the site,but if your interested go have a look and get back to me...regards mark. http://www.totalfifaleagues.com/
