Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking for the programming side of things for a re-build of existing website, we will design the overall template to use and follow and supply all necessary elements.
Current site:
www.twm.gb.com.
Attached you will find one slide (PowerPoint) showing the anticipated layout, look and feel. Give or take actual colour configurations this is what we are looking to achieve. The top two banners can utilise the existing banners available on the website (twm.gb.com) or can be re-designed if good options are provided.
You will note that the users attention should be brought to the centre 8 boxes %u2013 from here they can select by clicking the mouse.
What%u2019s important is that there will be no change of physical pages as any selection will appear in the box found to the right side of the screen %u2013 where text and / or images will be overlaid. (this box will always show the words as shown until the user clicks the mouse elsewhere). The right hand column containing key bullet points could be static or they can themselves have links to the same data / images found from the centre 8 boxes.
We require two ticker bars %u2013 one top of block of 8 and one below %u2013 these will contain key sector and component key words respectively that will simply keep revolving at all times.
Find us tab will have to contain a map %u2013 suggestions welcome.
Contact us tab %u2013 Should be able to capture certain information from user and direct the enquiry to info@twm.gb.com with or without attachments.
In a nutshell this is what I%u2019m hoping to achieve.
All relevant text and images I will provide unless we can take from existing web service.
The client already has dream weaver software and hope that this can be used to manage narrative once published.
