Good Evening,

We need to understand what sort of price we are looking at to implement the following. Both back-end and front-end development. At the moment our capital is low so need to fully consider all offers and the best way forwards.

A quoting site where an individual will be presented with a customer friendly dynamic requirements form. The customer will enter their requirements and then click "get quotes". Their requirements will be sent by email to the RELEVANT vendors who sell that particular product within the customers chosen radius. Within that email there will be a link where the vendor can log in to their portal and manage their quote request. Once the vendor has input their price, our customer will be able to see their quotes from various vendors on a live system. Our customer will then choose a quote they wish to accept. Once the quote is accepted, our vendor will be informed by email that they have won and our customer wishes to use them for their services. At this point, our customers profile will be visible to their chosen vendor.

Please see below reference websites:

We need to understand what level of technical support is also provided once the project has gone live.

Thank you,

    Hi Dwain,

Am I right in thinking that the businesses providing a quote won't do so instantly while the user is on the site? Will an email to them with the customer's request and they then login in their own time to provide the quote be sufficient, or does the process need to happen much quicker and more seamlessly than this? (I'm thinking along the lines of SkyScanner, Trivago or CompareTheMarket where quotes are provided within a matter of seconds)

I look forward to placing a detailed and accurate bid upon your reply.
