We are looking for someone experienced in managing and building job boards from scratch. The Job Board Manager will build, own and manage our job board.
The candidate must have a past experience in developing and managing job boards, with the ability to manage deadlines, teams and contractors as needed. The candidate must have demonstrated results.
The job has the following key aspects:
• Building successful job boards, finding the right technology: template / platform
• Driving Traffic
• Engaging Visitors
• Establishing goals and measuring success
• Monetizing
• Disrupting conventional hiring
Responsibilities:
• Devise plan and execute our job board.
• Conduct digital marketing campaigns.
• Budget management and forecasting.
• Monitor web traffic, performance and capacity to identify, prevent and resolve issues.
• Manage technical aspects.
• Make appropriate recommendations for choosing the right platform/template for the job board.
• Recommend actions to maximize clicks, conversions and lead generation efforts.
• Own the success of this platform.
Requirements
• Track record of achieving results.
• Example similar projects, namely job board.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing.
• Project and team management.
Background on job board
• Focused on IT, starting with SAP and then other technologies.
• Full, part time, and gig jobs.
• The job board will be free at first, then monetize.
• Job board candidates should be able to keep a profile that they can build over time.
• The job board will be both to build our brand name and as a way to disrupt the recruiter-dependant market.
