Excellent web plugin developer

I need an EXCELLENT web developer/programmer to work with me on few ongoing projects. If you are a newbie, please DON'T apply. I am searching for a professional and very responsive programmer with a lot of experience.

I would like to receive your quotes for print-on-demand website development, based on supplied PSD/Sketch files.

Please, before bidding read the following:
- Experience with websites/platforms/apps "print-on-demand" - It is a must, if you are a casual developer, please do not apply. This will be the project we will have to develop.
- Tremendous experience in programing and building websites from scratch (based on wireframes and mockups provided by me).
- Knowledge in optimizing the created content (I will advice you on the matter, but it will be great if this is something you can do).
- Perfect English understanding and writing is a must!
- I prefer EU based candidates, but it is okay if you are outside of EU.

I am always trying to provide the best possible quality for a fair price, so I am searching for my developer twin. Budget is pretty tight as it is a startup brand. Please, be competitive.
