Data collection for speakers on conference website

We have a Drupal based event management solution. We use the Content Profile module to collect speaker details (bio, job title, organisation etc.)

We need to collect two other sets of speaker data:


The follwoing is something that normally goes out by email, but we now want to include in the event management site.

If you are requesting assistance with your travel please complete the following form. You will need to book and arrange your own travel but if you need to request reimbursement for your travel from the conference please indicate that on this form and tell us what your travel fees will be.

- travel expenses details - speakers may be reimbursed for their expenses in which case we need to collect details such as payment information, or they may become community sponsors, if community sponsors they need to create a sponsor entry (this is already implemented)

We will also require clear instructions on how to complete this data.

We recognise that full details of the format and amount of data are likely to emerge during this job.
