Description
Had an idea might be crazy but hear me out;
I am being swamped with deals and offers re business services etc;
This is driven by lots of people and business working from home panicking and worrying about how to survive
virtually all business's aren't spending and just looking to wait this situation out, some will survive some won't.
So I was thinking of starting a resource and site for forward thinking people and business that are prepared to offer some of their services Free of Charge or as a barter site
ie; I do some work for you and you give me ,financial advice,IT support Toilet paper etc;
Here are some possible names;
My view is anyone helping business's now for free will gain goodwill and at the end of this awful situation will be in pole position to win new clients and start charging once things are back to normal,
So you could get lots of web sites out of this
The site will comprise of people and companies offering real value and free time for the "greater good of UK B2B community"
At the end of the day the only thing we all have at the moment is lots of free time and little spare money.
Let me know your thoughts

Hi Michael, these types of websites already exist and would require a large marketing budget and some serious SEO to get up there with the competition. Do you have an additional marketing budget? Thanks, Tom
Michael K.03 Apr 2020Hi Tom,
Ok I wasn't aware that this exists and as it was to support UK business's with free stuff I would be reluctant to fund this as its for the greater good.
Thanks anyway
Mike
TEST Creative Ltd03 Apr 2020Hi Mike,
It's called time banking and most cities have their own website dedicated to this, it's a great idea and would definitely be beneficial during this time. There's definitely an opportunity to do something here, but it would require a full marketing strategy and budget for it work effectively.
Thanks,
Tom
