Hi
I have two issues with two separate classic .asp sites, both running from MsSQL databases.
For the first site it\'s a css alignment issue (naturally only IE is effected), I\'ve done several tests and am certain that the css itself is fine and that it\'s an issue caused by one of the three settings files being called by the .asp pages. See the attached document for more info.
For the second site the issue is that when someone registers the system is no longer encrypting their password before storing it in the database. However, when they come to login, the system is expecting the password to have been encrypted, so they system will not allow them to login. I\'ve checked in the database itself and the password field may contain \"password\" but if you type this into the login screen it will refuse access. Likewise, if a registered member does a password reminder email, they will be sent the encrypted version of the word actually stored in the database field.
The first issue I’d like addresses early next week, the second one is less urgent, there are not many registered members and it’s a 2 minute process to update their password directly into the database.
