Experience Level: Intermediate
We require a Web Developer with strong proven experience in ASP and .Net to help build online solutions. The role requires experience in commercial web sites and applications and database integration utilising Microsoft-based architecture including SQL Server.
Candidates are expected to work in a team environment to fulfil project requirements.
Main Duties and Technical Requirements:
The Web Developer ( ASP / .Net / CSS / SQL / HTML ) will;
- Work closely with members of staff to build projects to specification and timescale.
- .NET Vers. 4 experience an advantage.
- Design a scalable architecture to meet these goals both now and in the future.
- Development of data analysis capabilities.
- A hands on approach to problem solving; identifying issues using initiative and available resources to generate ideas and solutions.
- Ability to follow quality assurance and operational processes.
- Good understanding of development methodologies and approaches.
- A working knowledge of HTML/CSS and an understanding of accessibility considerations essential.
- Document all work carried out.
Ideally the candidate will be available to work from our office in Henley-on-Thames immediately for a period of 4 weeks on a variety of website projects. Remote working arrangements are possibly considered.
