Description of every page/module: I am building a new site for a friend who has 6 domain names for each part of his business. Rather than building 6 separate WordPress sites and paying extra for hosting, I would like to try setting up a Wordpress multiple site on the main domain and link all 5 parts of the business to the relevant sub domain.
I haven't done this before so would like some help.
Description of requirements/features: See above. An experience of setting up Wordpress Multisite essential.
Specific technologies required: Intermediate Wordpress set up
Extra notes: I can send all of the server details once we get started.

The example url's you've used would be a sub directory multisite setup rather than sub domain and you can't setup up sub directories on an established site (more than a month old) as it can lead to URL conflicts.
Regardless of the configuration these will be individual websites sharing the one WordPress installation as well as any themes and plugins (which likely means individual licencing per site too). Even though each site shares the one WP installation 9 of the 11 database tables required are duplicated per site so there is a server space overhead to consider.
Although administrating sites on the network is more efficient than individual WP installs you might want to consider if each part of the company requires a whole new website. You should expect increased SEO efforts also as Google will view each site individually.
Finally there are specific server requirements for multisite so make sure your provider allows it.
If you want a multisite setup and configured I can provide a quote.
You need assistance in setting up the 6 domain only?
You will build it yourself?
All 6 domain will have their own database?
Currently at this moment you just setup 6 website or also need to theme, plugins, complete website for all ?
I look forward to your response.
What is your budget ?
