Video editing project

This project would require video and audio editing
Main task is to Split a video (previously edited and already put-together) into two separate videos about two separate projects our company has worked on.
*Cut and move shots around
*Few elements would require speeding up as they go on for too long
*Create a text graphic to introduce one of the segments
*Audio editing - Audio level seems to be all over the place, intro music too loud, people’s voices too quiet, those need to be balance out to ensure there isn’t sudden drop of sound and if possible we can hear clearly what people are saying
