TikTok / Reels videos needed for podcast

Hi,

I have a podcast which is recorded live and put on YouTube. I am looking to work regularly with a videographer who will be able to take the clips at the time stamp I have requested, edit them into 9:16 aspect ratio, subtitle the clips and create a nice title sequence and end sequence to plug the podcast and drive more listeners.

I’m looking at working with someone long term, producing approximately 3 videos a week. The budget is for three videos a week on a long term basis.
