Re-create animated looping pattern (animation)

here is a short looped animated pattern that I'd like remade. Ideally within after effects so that I can edit the colours etc in future if needed.

The animation should be exact (or as close as humanly possible)
Doesn't need the text there, just the red boxy pattern.


No generic proposals, they will be ignored
I'm looking for the cheapest quote - there will be no amendments as it's merely a copying job (providing that it is as close to the original as possible)
