Edit and Create Short video for a campaign video

Hello,

I looking for someone who can edit and create a short video for a political campaign about 5 mins
I have shot the footage and will provide the contents as a google drive link which is about 21 short videos and interviews.
I need these to be aligned together and edited to sound and look good including inserting animation,explanatory texts or any other creative input by the individual who gets the job.
