Create YouTube Videos For Me

We wish to hire someone to create 5 videos for distribution in YouTube Vimeo and other video sites that you might recommend.
1. The video must be created from still images of jewelry (TIFFs), and text we supply.
2. Your primary task will be to create 30-45 second videos that display our jewelery nicely, transition from jewelry to text, text to jewelry, and so forth. The transitions must be very professional looking and not cheap like many of the inexpensive do it yourself video creation sites offer.
We would also like you to add some appropriate music to it that we can use and will not give us any problems due to licensing and copyrights.
3. The secondary task is for you to optimize our YouTube page and the videos so that they get rankings and exposure in Google.
4. Show us at least 2 examples of videos you have created where you took still images of products and created a promotional video.
5. Show us the rankings in Google for these with the keywords that these videos were ranked for.
6. The budget above is arbitrary. We are open to whatever fees we must pay for quality work.
7. This is the first of two projects we have. Do a good job on the first one and you will receive more work.
