Animated 2D logo intro for video

Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
Looking for a short video clip intro to use on a new video.
2D animated logo - the storyboard attached outlines what I have in mind.
The overall look needs to remain as simple flat colours in keeping with our website branding (no fancy bevels for example) but would be nice to see someone add their own flair to the animations/transitions. Accompanied by punchy and appropriate little sound affects would be a bonus, but not critical.
Ideally source files can be shared with me afterwards also, if working within the Adobe Suite. But again, not critical.
Happy to answer any initial questions on the brief if needed. Any snippets of similar previous work would be a great help in picking a candidate.
If done well, will then be looking for help with the outro snippet as well (contact details, etc). As a separate project.
