4 x editing YouTube videos per month

Hi I am looking for someone to edit 4 simple cooking YouTube videos a month. A simple cut to music. No graphics or grading. Music would be provided. Footage would be a voiceover and footage to show the steps. To provide just the premiere Pro file/project files at the end so that I can finish off.

Here is an example of how the video would turn out, though I would be aiming for them to normally be only 2-3 minutes.
