Build a website with shopify intergration

General information for the website: selling clothing and electronic cigarettes
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: We would like like to have a Category for "Clothing" and under that we would like T shirts, Long Sleeves, Hats and Hoodies, Crewnecks. The next catogory will be called "Skate" under that we will have Skate Boards, Penny, Long Boards, wheels, Bearings and Trucks. The last Category will be E-Cig under that we would like Starter kits, Clearomizers, Batteries, Mods, Coils and Liquid.

We would like the option of being able to add more pages if our range explands
Description of requirements/features: We would like to be able to break down the stock by Category and Brand. We would like to be able have different shipping prices for different counties around the world. We would like to be able to mark something as on sale and discount it.

Extra notes: I need a simple website for the skate board shop. I need it to integrate with shopify so when we add a product it will get uploaded to our website. We currently use the shopify system in the shop so we need the stock levels to update as we sell goods in store and online. We have an ap called ink frog currently managing our ebay shop and if the website could integrate with that. That would be perfect.
