Photoshop collage

I want to make a banner for my band - two photos (of myself and co-singer) needs to be shape cut and superimposed on another photo of a background (facade)

I have already tried with another designer but I was not happy with that result (ATTACHMENT). I think he messed up the temprature of the photos, and didn't manage/try to make it more realistic - I guess one could put on some shadow, so it looks more realistic. However, the positioning is good

Please consider wether you can do this better. If not forget about the job. If yes, please give me a price indication

I'm aware that resolution is not optimal (especially not of the background photo), nothing to do with that.
