Photo editing: Raw images tweaks, colour actions, sharpening etc

I am a photographer shooting mostly weddings.

I would like to outsource some of my workload, with regular monthly work (especially through the summer months). Wedding photography can consist of around 400 raw files at a time.

The retoucher/editor would need to be experienced in tweaking raw files and applying actions/adjusting them, as well as be capable of skin retouching (just to take out spots/rashes/blotches, does not need to be high end beauty retouching!) and in lots of cases will need to be able to do minor manipulations such as swapping heads on images (where someone has blinked) or taking an item out of the background etc. I would like someone who can turn around the images quickly (preferably under 2 weeks, per wedding, if possible).

Please can you give me some before/after examples of your retouching work and give me a price that you would charge in UK £ per wedding (around 400 images).
