Experience Level: Intermediate

For my wife's birthday, she wants a large printout of this image. This is the best quality version I could find, but it seems to have jpg artifacts that seem like they would stand out in an enlarged print. Could you retouch the image to make it look more natural for a large (e.g. 24"x36") printout?
