I require 4 product images for some bundles I have made up for my website

One for each

Bronze Bundle
Silver Bundle
Gold Bundle
Platinum Bundle

What I require is a product image which contains each of the products in the bundle, with the same text that is already on my current image, title, rrp and bundle price.
