Image Modification/Retouching

My wife's father passed away last week and I am looking to have a sketch made of their favorite photo taken together. However, I would like some changes made to the image I have since it is not the best due to shadows and some other features I am hoping to modify.

Attached is the file I'd like modified. I do have additional, similar, images for you to take from or work with if it helps you. I can upload them upon confirmation of hire.

As you can see in the picture I'd like the shadows removed, hair touched up, chin slimmed on man.

I would also prefer the photo not be used in a portfolio upon completion.
