Image creation

Please can you help with the following:

1. On the photo image of before and after please remove the background so that it is just the man before and after on no background. Use the attached screen shot as reference
2. Please improve the detail of the image quality of the man where possible
3. Please create a image in jpeg format of the word document to make it look similar to the screen shot image
