I would like to convert a photo into something like the artist created in my sample.

I saw the two attached photos as inspiration to turn pictures of dogs into something one of a kind.

No real budget in mind, just want to get some general pricing but like the style of the photo that I attached. If you want to send a watermarked sample, doesn't have to be perfect of a English Springer Spaniel (which I have) that would be great.

My goal is to photograph a dog and then send to retoucher for future work.
